1 ounce heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3 or 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, crème de cacao, cream and ice cubes, and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cocoa.
