1 cup sugar

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine the sugar with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Cool.

    Step 2

    Cover and refrigerate; it will keep indefinitely.
