Lemonade and champagne are among our top choices to serve with barbecue, so we mixed them together for an extra sparkly take on a shandy (usually made with lemonade and beer).

Ingredients

1 bottle cheap sparkling wine, such as Spanish Cava or California sparkling wine
2 cups lemonade
1 lemon, cut into thin slices

Preparation

  1. COMBINE all the ingredients in a large pitcher. Serve in champagne flutes.
