One 10-ounce can RO•TEL diced tomatoes and chilies
1/2 cup chopped medium white onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt, if desired, and mix well.
