Passion Fruit Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup passion fruit juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons white rum

Preparation

  1. Pour the passion fruit juice into a small saucepan. Add the sugar, orange juice, and rum, and cook over high heat until the sugar has melted and the sauce has thickened, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
