Ingredients

12 thin slices prosciutto (4 ounces), halved crosswise
48 seedless red and green grapes (about 4 cups)
24 bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)

Preparation

  1. Fold each piece of prosciutto several times, about 1 inch wide. Thread 2 grapes, 1 bocconcini, and 1 piece of prosciutto onto each of 24 wooden skewers.
