Ingredients

1 cup corn kernels
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
Salt and pepper
1 egg white
2 slices uncooked bacon

Preparation

  1. In a baking dish, mix the corn with the bread crumbs, milk, egg yolk, bell pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Beat the egg white until it holds stiff peaks and fold it into the corn mixture. Put the bacon slices on top and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
