Ingredients

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Mix yogurt and sugar in medium bowl. Mix in cucumbers and cilantro. Season to taste with salt. (Can be prepared in 2 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
