Ingredients

3 cups shredded green or red cabbage
1 bunch green onions, trimmed and sliced
1 large stalk celery, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 packet artificial sweetener (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine the cabbage, green onions, and celery in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and artificial sweetener, if desired. Add the dressing to the slaw and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 15 minutes in the freezer or 1 hour in the refrigerator.
