3 cups grated cheddar
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoons hot paprika
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Process 3 cups grated cheddar, 1/3 cup dry white wine, 1/3 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish, and 1/2 teaspoons hot paprika in a food processor until smooth; season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve topped with more paprika.
