(packed; 75 g) light brown sugar; 1 large egg; 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste; 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar; 3 Tbsp. (or more) whole milk; Coarse white sanding sugar and edible glitter (for decorating)
