Ingredients: 1 13.5-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk; Kosher salt; 1 cup mixed whole grains (such as black barley, rye, farro, black quinoa, and/or spelt); ¼ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes; 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup; ½ cup raisins; 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup; Pinch of kosher salt; 3 bags Earl Grey tea; Bee pollen and toasted unsweetened coconut flakes (for serving)
