Ingredients

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup barley flakes
1 cup rye flakes
1/4 cup dried cranberries or chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 month ahead. Store airtight in a cool, dry place.
