Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil; 3 large eggs; 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar; 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar; 1 tablespoon cinnamon; 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg; 1 tablespoon dark rum; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 3 Cortland or Empire apples, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch dice; 1/2 cup raisins
